Our mission was to connect the audience with the values and commitment that make the Sheriff’s Office a place for those who want to make a positive difference. “Beyond the Badge” isn’t just a recruitment tool; it’s a look into the heart of public service—an invitation for others to join.

In this recruitment series, we brought three divisions—Sworn, Detention, & Telecommunications—to life by focusing on one person from each division, recognizing that people connect through shared experiences.
Stories are universal.
By spotlighting individual stories, we reveal the everyday challenges, rewards, and impact of a career in law enforcement, proving that the more focused the story, the more universally it resonates.
